We'll solve your troubles by SEP Processing.
The processing will enable you to miniaturize the parts which were given
up because of minute burrs. |
Amazing deburring technique! |

Information
MIM (Metal Injection) and Lost Wax can be applied to SEP Processing. |
Generally castings and sinters have cavity and there is a possibility that process fluid will remain there, so these products can't be applied to SEP Processing. But the above products (MIM, Lost Wax) can be applied because their metallic density are high. |

Deburring of austenitic stainless is possible by SEP Processing.
Process fluid of SEP doesn't react on oil and oxide film. But it is possible to process if oil and oxide film are removed. Recently we have developed process fluid which removes hard oxide film like the above, so we can apply SEP processing to austenitic stainless. For other material, please feel free to contact us.
